1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and ph1365 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ph1365.cam and associated mobile applications.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing ph1365 services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with ph1365, you must satisfy all of the following mandatory eligibility criteria:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of account registration. ph1365 strictly enforces age verification procedures in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify your age. Accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be immediately suspended, all funds confiscated, and winnings voided without exception.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Individuals who are legally incompetent, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contractual agreements are prohibited from using ph1365 services.

2.3 Jurisdictional Compliance

You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal at the time of accessing ph1365 services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local, provincial, and national laws governing online gaming in your jurisdiction. ph1365 does not provide legal advice regarding gaming legality in specific locations.

2.4 Single Account Restriction

You are permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with ph1365 per individual. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts registered under different names, or sharing accounts with other individuals constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.5 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be registered with any self-exclusion program administered by ph1365, PAGCOR, or any recognized responsible gaming organization. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban from all ph1365 services.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

Account registration requires provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and valid Philippine identification documents. You acknowledge that ph1365 may verify this information through third-party verification services.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including username and password. You must immediately notify ph1365 of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, until such time as you have notified ph1365 of a security compromise and we have taken reasonable steps to secure the account.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter remains accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your account information if any changes occur. Providing false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance

ph1365 is required by law to verify customer identities and maintain records of such verification. You agree to provide additional documentation upon request, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Payment Methods

ph1365 accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya, bank transfers, online banking, and over-the-counter payment facilities. All payment methods must be registered in your legal name and owned by you personally. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are processed instantly upon receipt of payment confirmation. However, ph1365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks which may delay deposit crediting. We do not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. ph1365 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.

4.4 Deposit Limitations

To promote responsible gaming, you may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a period of seven (7) days. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to fully verified accounts that have completed KYC procedures. You may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited under anti-money laundering regulations.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

ph1365 processes withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes during business hours (8:00 AM to 11:00 PM PHT, Monday through Sunday) for verified accounts. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification and extended processing time.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must complete wagering requirements associated with any active bonuses. You must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to meet these requirements will result in withdrawal denial.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

ph1365 does not charge fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals may be subject to administrative fees as disclosed at the time of withdrawal request. Payment processor fees, if any, will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

5.5 Withdrawal Limits

Daily withdrawal limits are set based on your account verification level and transaction history. Standard verified accounts may withdraw up to ₱500,000 per day. Higher limits may be available for VIP accounts. ph1365 reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits at any time.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by ph1365 are subject to specific terms and conditions which are provided at the time the offer is made. You must carefully review and accept these terms before claiming any bonus. Bonus terms may include wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and other conditions that must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough or turnover requirements) before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements typically range from 15x to 50x the bonus amount plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution percentages are disclosed in bonus terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ph1365 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other players to guarantee profit, exploiting software errors or game rules, using automated systems or bots, making minimal deposits solely to claim bonuses, or any other activity designed to take unfair advantage of promotional offers. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be immediately closed, all bonuses voided, and winnings confiscated.

6.4 Bonus Modifications

ph1365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We may exclude specific players from bonus eligibility at our sole discretion. Decisions regarding bonus eligibility and compliance are final and not subject to appeal.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Gaming

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on ph1365 utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested and verified by independent testing agencies including Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) and iTech Labs. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and free from manipulation by players or the operator.

7.2 Game Rules

• Offensive Behavior: Harassing other players, staff, or engaging in discriminatory conduct.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on ph1365 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, videos, game designs, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of ph1365 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ph1365 services for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not convey any ownership rights and may be terminated at any time. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from ph1365 platform except as necessary for normal use of our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph1365 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of ph1365 services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

ph1365's maximum aggregate liability for all claims related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that losses are possible. You accept full responsibility for your gaming activity and financial decisions.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by ph1365

ph1365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete verification procedures; extended account inactivity; or at our sole discretion to protect the integrity of our platform.

11.2 Self-Exclusion

You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from ph1365 services at any time by contacting customer support. During self-exclusion periods, you will be unable to access your account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

11.3 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts with zero balance and no activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be automatically closed.

11.4 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, all rights granted under these Terms immediately cease. You must discontinue all use of ph1365 services. If customer support cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to our management team by submitting a formal written complaint including detailed description of the issue, relevant dates and transaction details, supporting documentation, and your proposed resolution.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Philippines.

12.4 Regulatory Authority

ph1365 is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). If you believe ph1365 has violated applicable regulations or your dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR in accordance with their procedures.

13. Amendments to Terms

ph1365 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through email notification, website announcement, or in-account messaging. Your continued use of ph1365 services following such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
